The beach will have no sand and the houses around it will be unstable.
The rocks will become fewer because the water pulls them apart turning the rocks into sand.

The water would be over the top of the rocks because they would have eroded away.
Why is this a concern Immy?
I predict that all of the houses will crumble and fall into the ocean as the coastal edge erodes. In the future there might only be sand and rocks left.
