    I feel tired, and slightly grumpy when I do not get enough sleep, I also start to zone out if I do not get enough sleep.

    Because I stay up some nights I normally don’t get sleep deprived.

    I do not feel refreshed from my sleep even though I got to bed around 8:00. I also feel tired in the day and want to sleep. Zzzz

    I usually stay up about 9:30pm and wake up at 5:30am so I don’t get sleep deprive.

    I don’t know why, but no matter how much sleep I get, I will always wake in the middle of the night at regular intervals such as, 11:30pm, 4am, and 6:30am. I also don’t feel any different whether or not I am sleep deprived.
